I think that theres alot of events that have made south central what it is today.Three events that i think have made south central is the crack epidemic ,immigration,and gangs .Theses three events have made an effect on south central back then still have an effect today.
I thin that the crack epidemic has made a big effect on south central back then when it was first brought.It left alot of children without parents because alot of parents were addicted to crack cocaine.Even now it has an effect on us theres alot of people that are in drugs here around and in our community.Each day more and more young teens are getting involved in drugs and ruening their lifes.
I also think that immigration has made south central what it is today.One of the reasons why is because we still have alot of people migrating here to the U.S LA but for a better life style better chances and oportunites for them and their families.Many people see that ass a bad thing but i dont think it is.Why would it be wrong to want to do better in life.
One last event that i think has made south central what it is today is the gangs they had an impact back then and they still do now.after the black panthers and the brown berets other people started getting the wrong idea of gangs.They started to claim streets and colors.Then just killing each other for no reason what so ever alot of innocent people have gotten shot or died for these gangs .
Over all , i think that these three events crack epidemic,immigration and gangs have pretty much made south central what it is today.Its had a big impact still effect some of us today.
Huey Newton was born on Febuary 17,1942 .He died on August 22,1989.Huey Newton was the founder of the black panthers.He and the black panthers started a number of social programs in Oakland including a school that provided a high level of education to 150 students.In my opinion one thing that made Huey Hampton a god leader was that he cared and devoted time to others.
Over all this unit was ok even though that somethings we kind off challenging at times.I enjoyed doing the yola website and making the book on blurb.This unit I got a good grade and overall everything went well in this unit.even though i got kind off confused at times i really dont think that there much to make it easier ill just pay better attention.
what makes a website good is that it needs to have some pictures videos and some words.pictures .color and text make a good website.what makes a bad website is when you try to put to much of something in the page and when it looks ugly.to much text makes a bad website.i wll try to put alittle of every thing but not to much.
This quarter i did good the class was not that hard neither was the work.No i didnt miss any assignments i made everything up.I did try my best at all times im doming ok in all my classes except for algebra.im having truble in math.One thing that i can do to do better next quarter is stay in office hours.
